Medical Access Corp doesn't deliver treatment and doesn't replace clinicians. We coordinate the whole patient case — from the moment a referral leaves a doctor's office, through matching, assessments, and treatment, to the final outcome — and keep everyone on the same page the entire way.
Why we exist
Referrals were leaking. So we plumbed the gap.
In Canadian care, the referral is the weakest link. A doctor sends a patient toward physiotherapy, imaging, or an allied-health specialist — and then loses sight of them. Faxes go unanswered. Patients fall through the cracks. Clinics with open chairs never hear about the patients who needed them most.
MAC was built to close that gap. We sit between the referring professional and the clinic as a case-management platform — matching each patient to the right specialty, region, and clinic, coordinating assessments and treatment, booking the first appointment, and streaming every progress note and outcome back through Clinicmaster, the practice-management platform Canadian clinics already run on.
The result is a single, connected case from referral to recovery — visible to the doctor, the clinic, and the patient at the same time.
