One flat 15% of billing on the work MAC coordinates for you. That covers coordination, electronic referral management, and ongoing digital case management. No setup fees, no minimums, no per-seat licenses.
Volume scales with your capacity and the specialty mix in your region. Most partners see meaningful flow within 30 days. Capacity for at least 20 new patients per month is the minimum we require — it’s the floor that makes the model work for both sides.
Five steps: online application, document review, virtual assessment, technology setup, and go-live. The whole thing typically takes 2–3 weeks once you submit the application.
The initial appointment is booked through MAC. Follow-ups within the case are scheduled directly between you and the patient through Clinicmaster — but they show up in the referring doctor’s progress feed automatically.
Switching to Clinicmaster is part of the onboarding. MAC’s team handles the data migration and trains your front desk and clinicians. Most clinics complete the transition inside 10 business days.
